Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Please note that additional duty or customs fees may apply depending on your location. For more information, check with your local customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any customs fees.

When will my order ship?

We typically ship orders within 10-15 business days. However, during major launches or restocks, please allow up to 18 business days for processing and shipping.

How can I track my order?

After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once it ships, a second email with tracking details will be sent, though it may take a few days for tracking updates to appear.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot make changes to items, sizes, colors, or personal details. Be sure to verify all information, including your address, before finalizing your order. At this time, cancellations are also not permitted.

What if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?

If your order is returned because of an incorrect address, we will issue a refund as a gift card, deducting the shipping cost and a $5 processing fee.
